Responsibilities:
Receive new installation requests from the New Business and Contracts Department.
Handle calls and emails from customers requesting repairs, de-installations, and re-installations of their units. Assist customers to ensure query resolution.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Efficiently schedule all customer requests to optimise Technicians’ time and knowledge.
Ensure 100% of jobs are allocated to technicians using internal systems.
Liaise with the control room to test customer vehicles when required.
Monitoring and Logging:
Consistently monitor the progress of all logged and scheduled calls.
Ensure all information is accurately logged or processed on the in-house systems.
Administrative Duties:
Check warranties and follow up on worksheets to ensure accurate invoicing.
Complete all office administration tasks efficiently.
Adhere strictly to all Departmental and Company Policies, Procedures, and SOPs.
Additional Responsibilities:
Complete any other tasks or duties as reasonably expected by management

Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Stipend: R5,000 per month

Duration: 12 Months. To apply, you must:

• Be unemployed and between 18 and 29 years old
• Be a South African citizen
• Live near Cape Town
• Have a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
• Have not previously participated in a YES placement
• Have no criminal record
• Be available to start on 1 July 2025
